Japan driving license centers for foreign license conversion

We have pages for 5 license centers that handle foreign license conversion (gaimen kirikae): Hirabari, Kadoma, Samezu, Fuchu, Koto. Each shows only what the police pages publish, with links and the date we checked them. Wherever there is a written test, it has the same format: 50 true/false statements, 30 minutes, pass at 45. In Tokyo, Koto accepts only licenses from the 29 exempt countries and regions.
