Refund Policy

1. The 14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have started no more than one paid mock test and answered no more than 30 practice questions (practice by topic and the mistake notebook together). This applies to both plans, Written Test Prep ($29) and Written + Practical ($39).

• No reason needed.
• Full price, as paid: tax is already included in the price shown.
• The free test does not count. Mock test A is free for everyone, before and after you buy.

We set a usage limit because the material is delivered instantly and in full. The limit is stated here and next to the price before you buy.

2. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout. From another address, include your purchase number (it is on your receipt). One line is enough: "Please refund my purchase."

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Creem, to your original payment method; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank. Creem's Buyer Terms (section 9) describe how it handles refunds and chargebacks, and its help page for buyers explains how to reach Creem if we do not answer within 7 days. Please write to us before opening a chargeback with your bank: we refund faster. When a refund is issued, or a chargeback is opened, the access bought with that payment closes.

4. If something is broken

After 14 days, or past the usage limit, a purchase is not refundable just because you no longer need it. But if the product does not work for you (it will not load, you paid and access did not open, or there is a serious error in the material), tell us at any time during your access. We will fix it, extend your access, or refund you in full if we cannot fix it.

5. Repeat refunds

We may decline a refund, or decline to sell again, where we see bulk copying, sharing of access, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
