Buying questions
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment gives you access for 6 months. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
What is in the paid mock tests?
Four more full tests of 50 true/false statements with a 30-minute clock. No statement appears in two mock tests, and none of them is in the free test.
What does practice by topic use?
The statements that are in no mock test, plus the statements of mock tests you have already finished. You never meet a statement of a mock test you have not taken yet.
How many practice statements are there?
367 statements are in no mock test and are used for practice by topic, and the statements of every mock test you finish are added to your practice. Some topics have fewer than 20 of the first kind, so those fill up as you take the mock tests; your dashboard shows the exact number for each topic.
Is tax extra?
No. Prices include any sales tax: the price shown is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Creem, our merchant of record.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have started no more than one paid mock test and answered no more than 30 practice questions. No reason needed: see the refund policy.
Do you help with the application or booking?
No. We sell practice material only. Applications, documents and test bookings go through your prefecture's license center.
Is passing your tests the same as passing at the license center?
No. Our statements are original practice statements in the same format; the test at the center has its own statements. We do not promise any result.
