Privacy Policy
The free test needs no name and no email: answers are recorded under a random ID. If you buy, we keep your email address, your purchase and your practice history. We never see your card and we do not sell personal data.

1. Who is responsible
GaimenPrep (gaimenprep.com) is run by an independent sole proprietor based in Ukraine. Full legal and contact details are available on request. The operator decides how the data described here is used. Contact: [email protected].
2. When you take the free test
For each attempt we store: a random anonymous ID (kept in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, with no name or email); the answer you gave to each statement, whether it was right, and the time spent on it; how the attempt ended; your device type and window width; your country as a two-letter code that our host Cloudflare attaches to each request (we do not store your IP address); your browser language; and where the visit came from (one word such as "google", and campaign tags on a link). We use this to score your test, to see which statements are hard or unclear, and to understand which pages bring visitors.
We also keep anonymous counters (for example "a test was started"): each count holds only the day, the event, the source and the country.
3. When you buy
- Your email address, passed to us by our payment provider after payment: to open your access, to send sign-in codes, and to answer you.
- What you bought and when, with the purchase number.
- Your practice history: mock test answers, practice answers and the mistake notebook. In the attempt log a buyer is recorded under a one-way code derived from the account, never under the email address.
We send only emails connected to your purchase or your requests: sign-in codes, access details and support replies.
4. What we do not collect
We never see or store your card or other payment details: payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We do not ask for your name, address, residence card, license or any document.
5. What is stored in your browser
Local storage (not cookies) holds: a running test, so a reload does not lose it; your last results; the anonymous ID; your sign-in token if you bought; practice answers waiting to be sent; and the source of your visit for this browser tab. Signing out removes all of it. You can also clear the site data for gaimenprep.com in your browser settings. Our own pages set no cookies, and the site loads no advertising or analytics script.
6. Who else processes it
- Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia): payment, invoicing, tax and refunds (Merchant of Record). Its checkout page opens only when you press a buy button; its own privacy notice applies to what it collects. After payment it sends us your email address, the plan you bought and the order and checkout numbers.
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, and storage of test, account and practice data.
- Resend: delivery of sign-in codes and access emails.
- Google Fonts: the pages load the Barlow typefaces from Google's font servers, so your browser sends Google its IP address and browser details when a page opens. We send Google nothing else, and no other third-party script or tracker runs on our pages.
We do not sell personal data and we do not give your email address or answers to advertisers. These providers may process data in other countries, including the United States.
7. How long we keep it
Anonymous attempt records are kept for as long as they help us improve the statements. Account data is kept for your access period and afterward as long as needed for accounting and payment disputes. You can ask us to delete your account data sooner; your past attempts then stay only as anonymous records.
8. Your rights
Write to [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK, Japan or California you have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Japan's APPI or the CCPA; we apply the same standard to everyone.
9. Changes
If we change what we collect, this page is updated first, with a new date. See also the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
