A mistake in a statement?
Tell us the mock test letter and the statement number, or copy the statement. Every explanation links to the rule it comes from; if the rule says something else, we fix the statement.
Cannot get in?
There is no password: sign in with your purchase email and we send a 6-digit code. If the code does not arrive, write to us, or restore access with your purchase number.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent study tool. We cannot answer questions about your application, your documents or a booking at a license center, and we cannot contact the police for you. For those, contact the license center that handles your application.
