1. Who we are

GaimenPrep ("we", "us") is an online practice service at gaimenprep.com, run by an independent sole proprietor based in Ukraine. Full legal and contact details are available on request. Contact: [email protected].

We are an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with the National Police Agency, any prefectural police or any driving license center, and we do not act for them. We sell practice material only: we do not prepare, check or submit applications or documents, and we do not book tests.

By using the site, including the free test, you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

Online practice material that you use in your browser. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to install.

Who writes the questions. Every statement and explanation is written by us from the National Police Agency's rules for road traffic (交通の方法に関する教則) and the law texts. The test questions used at license centers are not published; we do not have them and do not sell them. The statements you meet at the license center will be different from ours.

3. The free test

One full mock test is free and needs no account. You may take it as often as you like for your own practice. The rules on copying in section 6 apply to it too.

4. What we do not promise

• Practice helps you learn the rules and the format. We do not guarantee a score or a result at any license center.
• Facts about the test and the procedure on our pages come from police and government pages, with the date we checked them. Procedures change and the license center decides; if your license center says something different, follow the license center.
• We do not give legal advice and we do not issue any certificate.

5. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem handles payment, invoices, sales tax, customer service inquiries about payment and returns, and its Buyer Terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. The checkout page and the receipt are Creem's, and your bank statement may show Creem.

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars and include any sales tax: the price shown is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Creem, our merchant of record; we never see your card number. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: when your 6 months end, nothing is charged.

6. Access and your account

• Delivery. Access opens right after payment, in your browser, and lasts 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Signing in. There is no password. To sign in, enter the email address you used at checkout and we email you a 6-digit code. If the code cannot reach you, write to us, or restore access with the purchase number from your receipt; a purchase number opens access a limited number of times.
• One person. Access is for one person. Do not share your sign-in.
• No copying. Do not copy, resell, publish, scrape or redistribute our statements, explanations or checklists. The material is protected by copyright.
• We may suspend access if we detect sharing, bulk copying or automated downloading; the refund policy still applies.

7. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have started no more than one paid mock test and answered no more than 30 practice questions. You do not need to give a reason. Write to [email protected]. Details: our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Errors in the material

Every statement is checked against its cited rule before it is published, but mistakes can still happen, and traffic rules change. If you think an answer or explanation is wrong, tell us which test and statement at [email protected]. We correct an error once we have confirmed it.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If the service is unavailable for a long period during your access, contact us and we will extend it.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer in your country. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for test results, decisions of any license center, or indirect losses.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
